Plaza OC MD HOA Townhall - May 29, 2021

The HOA Townhall meeting was a success! Management and board presented some very impressive work being done and owners voiced their concerns.

The Plaza OC MD townhall had a great turnout, whether in person or through a Zoom call, the productive exchange of ideas, concerns, and impressive progress on some massive projects that were completed in this past offseason dominated the meeting.

Michael Gill had a very thorough and well outlined presentation of all of the enormous projects being worked on, including shoring up the parking garage, pool deck, water systems, etc. Overall, it appeared his expertise provided hugely valuable benefits to the well being of owners, patrons, employees, and renters alike..."thank you!" doesn't seem to be enough, but its the least we, as owners, can do for all his continued efforts!

Of course, there were concerns among the owners with regards to ineffective communication on the part of the board/management. The recent RFP sparked a lot of criticism among owners. Both the board and the owners outlined their positions, and it appears to be resolved.

Going forward, productive and effective communication from all involved is crucial for a successful building. It really benefits everyone to work together with the Board and Management.
